    Your Aequalend Mortgage Loan Officer will have an introductory call to get to know you and your homebuying goals. We'll discuss your financial situation, credit history, the type of mortgage you need, and more.

  • STEP TWO:

    APPLICATION & DOCUMENTS

    We'll help you fill out a mortgage application and gather key documentation like tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements. The quicker we get all paperwork in, the faster your loan can move forward.

  • STEP THREE:

    CONNECT WITH YOUR LENDER

    As your mortgage broker, we have access to hundreds of loan programs. We’ll shop lenders for you and present loan options for your review. This saves you time and ensures you get competitive rates.

    PROCESSING
